The facilities at the hotel were clean and well-maintained, especially the shower and toilet facilities. The location of the hotel was perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions and beautiful scenery.
We encountered some rude staff members during our stay, which definitely put a damper on our experience. It would have been great if the staff displayed a more friendly and accommodating attitude.

Great location near the West Highland Way and close to local restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful, keeping our spirits high during our stay. The trekker hut was spacious and had a cute little porch bench to relax on. The hut had all the necessary amenities, including a fridge, microwave, and kettle, but there was also a shared kitchen available. a lovely stay with everything we needed.
The reception was not available in the evening, which made it difficult to address any issues or receive assistance. Additionally, the on-site shop had poor service, with staff more interested in chatting than serving customers.

My recent stay at the Tyndrum Trekker Hut was fantastic! The location was ideal, right along the West Highland Way, and the hut itself was clean and spacious. I loved having a little porch bench to relax on after a long walk. The facilities, including the kitchen and bathrooms, were well-maintained and the drying room was a blessing after getting soaked the day before. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. I highly recommend this place for hikers and outdoor enthusiasts.

The location was perfect for exploring the fine West Highland Way and Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park. The communal areas were always spotlessly clean, and the abundance of hot water was a pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly and made us feel right at home. The huts may be basic, but they provided everything we needed, including a microwave and kettle. We also appreciated the option to rent sleeping bags with liners.

Flexible check-in and helpful staff with great banter. The staff made the check-in process easy and were friendly throughout our stay. The location was also convenient, only a short walk to some great food places and local facilities. We appreciated being able to easily access amenities and enjoy the surrounding area.
There were a few negative aspects of our experience. We had to wait outside for 15 minutes while the staff inside chatted amongst themselves, and when my husband finally entered to get a drink for his medication, he was abruptly told he couldn't be served.
